Shipping and Delivery Policy – Benevita

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

• South and Southeast Regions: 5 to 10 business days

• Central-West and Northeast Regions: 7 to 15 business days

• North Region: 10 to 20 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination address.

Tracking:
Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Delays:
In cases of delay due to force majeure (strikes, pandemics, holidays, etc.), we will notify you by email with the updated estimated delivery time.

Incorrect Address:
Curvea is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
